Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds in specific circumstances. Please review the following conditions to understand when a refund may be applicable.

Eligible for Refund

  • Service not yet initiated within 48 hours of payment
  • Government rejection of application due to our error
  • Duplicate payment made by accident
  • Service cancelled before any work has begun (within 24 hours)

Not Eligible for Refund

  • Government fees paid on your behalf (these are non-recoverable)
  • Services already initiated or completed
  • Delays or rejections due to incorrect information provided by you
  • Change of mind after work has started
  • Government processing delays

Refund Process

To request a refund, raise a support ticket through your dashboard or email us at support@easevyapar.com with your order number and reason for the request.

Eligible refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
