By accessing or using EaseVyapar services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

EaseVyapar provides CA and business compliance services including GST registration, company formation, trademark registration, and other related services. We act as an intermediary connecting you with qualified Chartered Accountants and facilitating the compliance process.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information for your service requests. Delays or rejections caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by you are not our responsibility. You must ensure all documents submitted are genuine and legally valid.

4. Payment Terms

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST. Government fees, where applicable, are collected separately and passed on without markup. Payments are non-refundable once the service has been initiated, except as provided in our Refund Policy.

5. Timeline

Service timelines mentioned are estimates based on typical processing times. Government processing delays, incomplete documentation, or extraordinary circumstances may affect timelines. We are not liable for delays caused by government authorities.

6. Limitation of Liability

EaseVyapar's liability is limited to the service fee paid. We are not responsible for any consequential, indirect, or incidental damages arising from the use of our services.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
